5). A statement that the claimant(s) has a reasonable belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner(s), its agent, or the law.

6). A statement that the information in the notification is truthful and accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the claimant(s) is authorized to act on behalf of the owner(s) of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed upon.

7). The claim Must be signed by the authorized person to act on behalf of the claimant(s) of an exclusive right that is allegedly being infringed upon.
